Online Orders

 As a fast response to the Corona virus we have started doing deliveries of all dried foods in the shop (excluding liquids). We do not have an e-commerce website so we are doing orders via email. Please click here to read our product and price list. (please note minimum order is £20) If you are self-isolating/social distancing or would benefit from a home delivery service for any other reason then please email orders@thezerowasteshop.co.uk and include the following information;

1) Name, address, contact number, backup contact number

2) Instructions to find your home if not easily accesible plus instructions where to leave products if you're not in. 

3) Product name and quantity (please note, quantities available are 50g/100g/250g/500g or 1kg)

Once we receive your email, we will email you back to either A) confirm your order or B) notify you that we don’t yet deliver to your area. If you are outside of our catchment area we offer a click and collect service (see below).

T&C's: Product quantity are estimates only. If products are out of stock they will simply be missed off your order.

Totnes WEDNESDAYS (please order before midnight Monday)
Kingsbridge THURSDAYS (please order before midnight Tuesday)
Ashburton/Buckfastleigh FRIDAYS (please order before midnight Wednesday)
Newton Abbot/Paignton SATURDAYS (please order before midnight Thursday)

We will deliver your goods in brown paper bags. Along with your goods will be a receipt and bank details to make a transfer, we require payment within 24 hours.

Click and Collect
We are using the same routes as our sister company ReRooted (head over to their website to enter your postcode to see if we pass your home). If you don’t live within our catchment areas, we offer a click and collect service. Simply email us your order (beofre 2pm) and it will be ready for collection and payment the next working day. Please state on your email if you wish to pay upon collection or if you would like a reciept and pay via BACS.
